How to make spinach with nuts

1.Wash the spinach and control the water

2.Put into boiling water with salt and blanch for 1 minute, squeeze out the water and set aside

3.Wash the peanuts and control the moisture.I used oil-absorbing paper to absorb the water

4.Fry the peanuts in a cold oil pan

5.Pour the fried peanuts into a small bowl Mix the spinach with it for a while, then mix the rest with some salt and eat it directly

6. Add dry red pepper segments to the cold oil pan and stir-fry out the red oil. This step is a very important step in improving aroma and cannot be omitted (I broke it by hand, you can use a knife to cut it more finely)

7. Pour the stir-fried red oil and dried chili into the spinach and mix well (to prevent the spinach from getting wet with the seasonings, stir first Oil locks in moisture)

8. Then add other seasonings, mix well, and pound the garlic cloves into minced garlic.

9. Stir in the fried cooked peanuts before eating and sprinkle with sesame seeds (because Over time, peanuts will absorb the water from spinach and become less crispy)
Tips
The tip is to stir-fry red oil from dried chili peppers, which is more fragrant than using chili oil directly! It’s also crucial to mix the seasonings with red oil before adding them to the spinach to prevent them from getting wet!
