How to make simple French fries

1. Wash and peel the potatoes, cut into thin slices, rinse with water and drain.

2.Add a little starch and mix well with your hands until there is starch on every piece.I added some chili powder according to my personal taste

3. Heat the pan and add oil until it boils.Add potato slices and fry until golden brown and crispy.Remove again and drain off the oil.Sprinkle with a pinch of salt.Done! You can add some tomato sauce or something according to your personal taste!

4.I used the same method to fry the French fries below.They are so delicious!
Tips
If you fry it yourself, you can control how crispy it is.If you fry it for too long, you may get angry!
