How to make fried rice noodles

1.Preparation Ingredients.

2. Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot and bring to a boil over high heat.Add the rice noodles and cook for 5 minutes.Turn off the heat and cover the pot.Cover and soak for half an hour.

3. Take it out, wash away the rice flour slurry with cold water, and drain it for later use.

4. Cut the celery and garlic into long and small sections and set aside.

5. Heat the pan, add an appropriate amount of oil, and pour in the scattered egg liquid , fry slowly over low heat.

6.Pour the fried egg skin onto the chopping board and cut into long strips.
