How to make fried rice noodles with three shredded shrimps

2. Boil the rice noodles until half cooked, scoop them up and add appropriate amount of soy sauce and oil.Mix well.

3.Pour the bean sprouts, carrots, leeks, shallots and shrimp into the pot and stir-fry quickly for about 4 minutes.Add appropriate amount of salt.
