How to make Xinzhou fried rice noodles

1. Soak Bawang flower rice noodles in boiling water, rinse with cold water and set aside.

2. Cut the local pork into shreds, season with 1 tsp of light soy sauce, and set aside.

3.Peel the cabbage stems, cut into small pieces and set aside.

4. Just cut the cabbage into small sections like this.

Tips
