How to make mushroom glutinous rice and pearl balls

1. Wash the pork and set aside, and soak the mushrooms in advance.

2.The glutinous rice should also be soaked in advance, drained and set aside.(Soak for at least four hours)

3. Chop the pork into small pieces and mix in the appropriate amount.Continue to chop green onions into minced meat.

4.Put the minced meat into a basin, wash and chop the mushrooms into fine pieces.

Tips
My glutinous rice is soaked one night in advance.Do not use light soy sauce or dark soy sauce when preparing the filling, as it will affect the color of the meatballs.
