Chicken essence, sugar, sesame seeds ( appropriate amount ) | Shiitake mushrooms ( About ten ) |
How to make spicy beef sauce

1.Dry the peppercorns over low heat, crush them and set aside

2.Use water for mushrooms Blanch, then cut into cubes and set aside

3.Crush the peanuts with a rolling pin (bought in the supermarket) Just weigh the crispy peanuts in the bag, no need to peel them)

4. Chop ginger and garlic , set aside, just put them together (I use stuffing stuffing)

5.Chop chilies and set aside

6. Pour oil into the pot and add the diced beef , fry for a while

7.When the beef is mature, add the chopped mushrooms

8.Then add ginger, garlic, crushed peanuts, pepper and sesame seeds

9. When the water is almost gone, add the bean paste, add chicken essence and sugar to taste, then reduce the sauce over high heat and turn off the heat!
Tips
Personally, I prefer shiitake mushrooms, but you can leave them out if you don’t like them!
