How to make flower cake

1.Mix ingredients 3, knead into a ball, then divide evenly into 12 equal parts, round into balls and set aside

3. Mix ingredients 2 and knead into shortbread dough

4. Use a rolling pin to roll out the dough thinly , wrap the pastry dough (don’t let the pastry dough escape), after wrapping, roll it into an oval shape, fold it in half, then roll it thin, fold it in half, roll it thin again, then roll it up, roll it into a long strip, and divide it into 12 pieces
