How to make braised beef and taro

1. Prepare the ingredients, beef, taro, onion segments, ginger, and minced garlic (I am short of onions and garlic at home -_-#)

2. Fry the taro until slightly brown, then put it on a plate

3. After removing the blood from the beef, put it into the pot and fry until it turns slightly brown
