How to make donkey meatballs and radish soup

1. Dice donkey meat, chop green onions and ginger, add 2 tablespoons of salt and mince them into fillings

2. Cut the radish into thin slices

3.Chop coriander

4. Boil water

5.When the water is boiling, use a spoon to put the donkey meat into the boiling water one by one.

6.After boiling the pot again, add the radish slices and continue cooking

7.If the radish is cooked after cooking for about 15 minutes, it can be eaten
Tips
This is my first time making donkey meat.I didn’t expect it to be so delicious, so No seasonings were added except for a pinch of salt.
