Oatmeal noodles ( One tablespoon ) | Potato ( 1 ) |
Tomatoes ( 1 ) | Sesame oil ( appropriate amount span> ) |
Salt ( 4 grams ) | Soy sauce (appropriate amount) |

How to make fish noodles with noodles
1. Wash the tomatoes, blanch them in boiling water and peel them , cut into small pieces, put into pots and set aside.

2. Chop the green onion into small pieces and add it to the tomatoes.

3.Add salt, sesame oil, soy sauce and season.Make it slightly salty and mix with the oatmeal noodles.

4.Peel the potatoes, wash them, and cut them into thicker strips.Spread flatly on the steamer tray.

5. Mix the oat noodles with boiling water, make it soft, and knead it until it is no longer sticky and makes a snapping sound.

6.Take a small piece of noodles (the size of broad beans) and rub it in the palm of your hand.Roll it into small strips (thin at both ends, thicker in the middle), press the middle and put it in the steamer.

7. When the noodles are almost finished, put the tomatoes and potato strips into the steamer and turn on the heat.

8. After rolling the noodles, wait for the steamer to start steaming, put the noodles into the pot, and steam for about 12 minutes.

9.After steaming, turn off the heat and take out the noodles immediately.Dip the potato strips into the tomatoes with chopsticks and mix well.

10.Put a spoonful of vegetables into a bowl and mix with noodles.
