How to make peanut black sesame candy

1. Roast the peanuts in the oven in advance and remove the redness.Chop the skin and set aside.

2. Fry black sesame seeds over low heat until cooked and set aside.

3.White sugar is reserved.

4. Reserve maltose.

5. Boil a clean pot over low heat, add sugar and stir-fry over low heat.

6. When the saccharification is almost complete, add maltose.When frying the sugar, stir continuously until Melt all the sugar until it turns yellow-brown.

7.First add the crushed peanuts and stir well, then add the cooked sesame seeds and stir well.(Put the peanuts first, then the sesame seeds, so that they stick well and won’t fall apart easily)

8.Put the fried peanut sesame candy on a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper, cover it with a piece of greaseproof paper and roll it flat with a rolling pin.

9. After rolling out, remove the oil paper on top and let it cool naturally.

10.After cooling slightly, use a clean knife to cut into small pieces of your choice.After cooling, seal and store in a bottle or crisper.
