How to make vegetable and tofu soup

1.Cut the tofu into small pieces.

2. Chop carrots, green vegetables, ham sausage and green onions and set aside.

3. Pour oil into the pot and sauté green onions until fragrant.

4. Pour in the tofu and diced ham and bring to a boil over high heat.

5.Add greens and carrots.

6. Add water to sweet potato flour and stir evenly.

7. Pour in water starch to thicken, stirring while pouring.After boiling, turn off the heat.

8.Add salt.

9. Pour in the sesame oil.

10.Finally, sprinkle in pepper, stir chicken essence evenly, and remove from the pot.
Tips
