Ingredients
Seaweed ( A small handful ) | Eggs ( Two ) |
Tofu ( piece ) | Salt ( appropriate amount span> ) |
MSG ( a little ) | Oil ( a little ) |
Chopped green onion ( a little ) |

1. Prepare the ingredients, beat the eggs into a bowl, wash the seaweed, and cut the tofu into small pieces.

2. Bring water to a boil, add tofu and blanch for 1 minute to remove the beany smell , remove and set aside.
