Ingredients
Chives ( small handful ) | Silky Tofu ( A box ) |
Pork slices ( 150g ) | Garlic ( Two petals ) |
Bean sprouts ( A handful ) | Sesame ( a little ) |
Salt ( a little ) | Soy sauce ( Two tablespoons large ) |
Oyster sauce ( one tablespoon ) | Chicken essence ( one small spoon span> ) |
Sugar ( a little ) | Cooking oil ( a little ) |
Starch ( One tablespoon ) |
How to make chives and tofu

1. Heat the pan with cold oil, add garlic slices and stir-fry until fragrant

2. Add the pork slices to the pan and stir-fry, add a little salt

3. Stir-fry the meat until it is 7 minutes cooked.Add the tofu cut into pieces and add the seasonings to the pot

4.Add bean sprouts, Stir-fry

5.Cover the pot and simmer for two minutes
