Ingredients
Green vegetables ( 8 plants ) | Tofu ( 1 piece ) |
Fat ( Moderate amount ) | Garlic (appropriate amount) |
Cooking wine ( 1 spoon ) | Dark soy sauce ( 1 spoon ) |
Vinegar ( 1 spoon ) |
How to make fried green vegetables and tofu

1. Wash and cut the vegetables and set aside.

2. Cut the tofu into cubes, blanch it briefly in boiling water, and remove the tofu.Fishy smell.Set aside.

3.Peel the fat and cut into thin pieces.

4.After the pot is heated, add the fat and boil the oil.

5. Boil until the color is slightly yellow, turn off the heat and wait for one minute.

6. Pour the fat into a bowl and add a little oil.Set aside

7.Pour in the remaining oil over high heat and stir-fry the vegetables.

8. Stir-fry the vegetables until the water comes out.

9.Add the blanched tofu and stir-fry gently.When the water is almost dry, add 2 tablespoons of salt and some water until the water covers the vegetables.

10.After the water is boiled, put it into the saucepan.Continue simmering over medium heat.

11.Pour the oil and fat residue you just scooped into the pot, and add garlic grains, vinegar, cooking wine, dark soy sauce.Fry until the fat meat is completely browned and fragrant.

12. After frying until fragrant, pour it directly onto the tofu and greens and cook over medium heat.
