Ingredients
Green vegetables ( 400 grams ) | Tofu ( a small piece ) |
Black fungus ( a little ) | Ginger ( Three slices ) |

How to make green vegetables and tofu

1.Prepare the ingredients and soak the black fungus

2.Pick off the old leaves and roots of the green vegetables, soak them in salt and water for about half an hour

3. Cut the tofu into 1 cm cubes, add salt and blanch it in boiling water.To save trouble, I directly blanch it in boiling water

4. After washing the vegetables, blanch them in boiling water
