Tips
.When making this dish, you must use lamb hind leg meat as the raw material to make it taste the best.
.When marinating mutton, you only need to use starch for sizing, and there is no need to add other seasonings.
.During the frying process, first pass the mutton over a wider width of oil, then add seasonings and stir-fry, so that the fried mutton will be dryer and more delicious.
.I added the kebab seasoning, which already contains a certain amount of salt, so I didn’t add any additional salt.
.After the coriander is added to the base, you can mix it with the fried mutton and eat it together. It tastes very good.If you don’t like the taste of coriander, you can eat the mutton directly without using it as a base, or using onions is also a good choice.
