Ingredients
Pork belly ( 350g ) | Potatoes ( 1 piece ) |

Nanru (cured meat) ( 2 pieces ) | Light soy sauce (cured meat) ( 1 teaspoon ) |
Dark soy sauce (cured meat) ( 1 teaspoon ) | White wine (cured meat) ( 1 bottle cap ) |
Onions ( 2 roots ) | Garlic ( Sauce) ( 3 cloves ) |
Chopped pepper (material Juice) ( 1 teaspoon ) | Sesame oil (juice) ( 1 teaspoon ) |

Secret steamed pork recipe

1. Wash and cut the pork belly into thin slices, mince the ginger, and prepare the white wine and southern milk

2.Put one spoon each of the above three flavors and light and dark soy sauce into the meat, stir evenly, cover, and marinate in the refrigerator for one night

3. Take out the marinated meat, peel and wash the potatoes, and prepare steamed meat and rice noodles (you can buy or make your own, please make your own) Please refer to my recipe for detailed instructions), two green onions

4.Take an appropriate amount of rice noodles and add in salted Add a little water to the good meat to moisten it (this way the steamed meat will not be dry and will be more palatable), and set aside to let the rice noodles fully rise

5.Add water to the pot, put on the steamer, cut off both ends of the washed palm leaves and lay them flat

6. Cut potatoes into hob pieces, add a little salt and mix well, sprinkle with a thin layer of steamed pork rice noodles, spread on brown leaves

Tips
