How to steam pork with potato flour

1. Put the pork belly in water.After the water boils for the first time, pour out the water in which the meat was cooked (the purpose is to remove the foam and oil).
Add cold water, garlic, green onions, grass fruits, and ginger, and cook the pork belly over medium heat.(Cook until the skin can be pierced with chopsticks, no need to cook for too long)

Tips
1.Add a little more water when steaming the meat.Avoid steaming for too long and the water will dry out.
2.Don’t add too much salt, because soybean paste, braised fu, etc.are all salty.
