Catfish ( One piece (about one and a half pounds) ) | Garlic, ginger, oil, Dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, scallions, rice wine. ( Appropriate amount ) |
How to make braised catfish

1.Prepare materials.

2. Cut the catfish into small pieces, add rice wine, light soy sauce, green onions and ginger slices to marinate.

3. Cut the green onions into sections and spend them.

4. Cut the garlic into small pieces.

5. Marinate for 20 minutes, wash, drain and set aside.
