Tips
I used an eight-inch mold with a removable base, which was a bit big, because I had always used chiffon cake as the base when making mousse before. This time I didn’t want to disturb the oven, so I made a simple one.I also always wanted to try biscuits. What does the bottom taste like, ignoring its thinness, so if you use biscuits to make a six-inch mold for the bottom!
