How to make fruit box cake

1. Prepare all the ingredients for the cake embryo and set aside

2.Egg white and egg yolk separation (oil-free and water-free container)

3.Add corn oil, fine sugar, and milk to the egg yolks, stir evenly until emulsified, and then sift in the low-gluten flour
5.Add an appropriate amount of lemon juice to the egg whites, add sugar in three batches and beat until it becomes slightly curved (see my chiffon cake recipe for adding sugar in batches)
6. Take a portion of the egg white and mix it with the egg yolk, then pour it into the meringue and mix it evenly.
