How to make 8-inch pizza dough

1.Weigh the medium-high flour and mix well.Add the yeast and stir with chopsticks to make a circle. Then add the sugar to make a circle and then the salt to make a circle and stir for a few times.Pour in warm water and oil and knead into a smooth dough.

2.Put it in the oven, add a bowl of hot water at about 40 degrees or a warm container Fermentation.

3. After fermentation, rub a hole with your fingers. If it does not shrink or collapse, it is OK..The specific fermentation time is about 40 minutes in the oven and 60 minutes in natural fermentation. The temperature is for reference only.

4.Use the rolling pin to release the air and press out the large bubbles inside.

5. Continue shaping into a circle. As shown in the picture.

6.Use a rolling pin to press into a moderately thick pancake.

7.Take your time and be patient.Dry it into a suitable size for an 8-inch mold.I used 160 grams of dough. If you like it thicker, just 170 or 180 grams..But for my recipe, about 160 grams and 2 skins are just right.

8.Then use a fork to pierce it through like this, it’s so fun.

9.Move to the pizza mold and complete.

10.This is the pizza I made, for reference only, put whatever you like.
Tips
The above recipe can be used to make 2 pizzas. You can make a few more pizza doughs and freeze them.It will be OK to defrost them in advance before use......Do not add all the warm water at once.Since flour absorbs different amounts of water, the amount of water used is also different.
