How to make lard and beef pizza

1. Mix all the ingredients for pizza crust, except lard, and knead into dough

2.Add lard, pinch it first, and then knead it into a smooth dough until it expands

3.Seal and ferment until more than doubled, about 30-60 minutes

5. After fermentation, knead and press the dough to release air, then seal and proof for 15 minutes

Tips
Only half the amount of ingredients for a pizza is enough.The best flour for a pizza crust is about 150 grams at most.I used two servings because I was lazy and didn’t have enough food for one of my two children.
