How to make pan pizza

1. Blanch diced assorted vegetables in water and set aside, wash green peppers and cherry tomatoes , set aside eggs, set aside cheese slices or mozzarella cheese

2. Add an egg to the flour and an appropriate amount of water Mix into batter, add appropriate amount of salt and mix well

3. Grease the pan with oil and heat the oil with a spoon Scoop a spoonful of batter vertically into the pan and spread it into a pancake.Turn to medium heat

4. Turn one side to golden brown and flip to the other side, (you can apply an appropriate amount of tomato sauce)

5.Add assorted vegetables Dice, green pepper rings, cherry tomatoes until vegetables become wilted

6.Chop the cheese slices or Sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese directly in and continue frying until the cheese melts
