How to make pizza

1.Make flour, sugar, salt, yeast powder, butter and water to make a dough and ferment it

2. Sprinkle flour on a chopping board, roll the dough into a round cake slightly smaller than the disc, and brush the disc with a little oil

3.Press the dough with your hands, stretch the dough until it is the same size as the plate, and let it rise for a second time for 30 minutes.

4. After fermentation, use a fork a few times to remove the air, then put it in and preheat it in advance Place in the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 5 minutes.

5. Now make the pizza sauce: tomato sauce, sugar, black pepper, minced garlic, chopped onion , stir the oyster sauce evenly, now the dough is ready, take it out and brush it with pizza sauce.

6.Sprinkle cheese sticks, if you like cheese, add more.

7.Place bacon, shrimp, ham sausage, green peppers and onions

8. Bake in the oven at 22o degrees for 2o minutes

9. When the time is up, take it out and sprinkle cheese sticks on it, then bake it in the oven for 3 to 5 minutes, until the cheese has melted.
