Chicken ( 1000g ) | Edible oil ( 30g ) |
Onion ( 10g ) | Ginger ( 15g ) |
Cooking wine ( 15g ) | Soy sauce ( 10g ) |

How to make braised chicken

1.Chop the chicken into appropriate pieces

2. Onions (forgot to buy garlic and use onions instead) sliced ginger

Tips
