1. Prepare all materials;

2. According to the bread making procedure of the bread machine, liquid first and then solid, put all the materials except butter.Put it into the bread machine bucket, make a small nest on the top layer of flour and put yeast;

3.After starting the bread machine kneading program for 30 minutes, add butter and start the bread machine kneading program again for 30 minutes;

4.Knead the dough to the expansion stage;

5.Cover with plastic wrap and ferment for about an hour;

6. Let the dough ferment until it is 2 to 2.5 times in size.Use your fingers to poke a small hole without shrinking and the fermentation is successful;

7. Deflate the dough and divide it into fifteen small doughs and let them rest for 20 minutes;

9. Put the mouth down and put it into the bread machine bucket;

10.Cover with a wet towel and ferment for 40 to 50 minutes, until the bread machine is 70% full ;

11. Start the bread machine baking program, 40 Minutes, it’s ready to be baked;

12. Release side of the oven, Let cool and seal and store;

8. Roll the small dough into a piece and fill it with sweet potato filling;
Tips
Let the baked bread cool until it is the same temperature as the palm of your hand and then seal it in a bag, or unmold it and place it in a large basin to cool and then seal it in a bag.This way the bread crust will be very soft!
