How to make sugar-soaked cherry bread

6. Divide the fermented dough into small balls of 100 grams., relax for 20 minutes.(This amount can make 6 pieces)

8. First roll it into a cylindrical shape, and then roll it into a spiral shape.

9. Put the rolled dough into the oven to ferment for 40 minutes (30 degrees).

10. Spread custard sauce on the surface of the fermented dough and put it in the oven.Bake at 200 degrees and then 190 degrees for 15 minutes.
