Salt ( 5 grams ) | Yeast ( 5 grams ) |
Water ( 320 grams ) | Butter ( 50g ) |

How to make old-fashioned bread

1. Prepare materials.

2.Put all ingredients except butter into a basin.

3. Mix into dough, as shown below.

4.Add butter

5. Add little by little until the dough is smooth, as shown in the picture.

6. Wake up until 2 times in size.As shown in the picture (3 to 4 hours)
