Four ( 150g ) | Pure milk (or yogurt) ( 100g ) |
Bean paste ( appropriate amount ) | Vegetable oil (or butter) ( 5 grams ) |

How to make simple buns

1. Mix flour and baking powder and sift into a larger bowl

2. Pour vegetable oil and sugar into the flour, and use chopsticks to mix evenly into a lumpy flour shape

4. Divide the dough into 6 portions (or 8 portions), flatten and wrap in bean paste.Roll it into a slightly round shape and dust the surface with a layer of flour.

3. Pour milk into the flour-like form and knead it into a non-sticky dough with your hands.Knead for about 30 seconds.
