Fresh basil ( 20G ) | Ripe tomatoes ( 1 ) |
Spit Bread slices ( 2 slices ) | Olive oil ( appropriate amount ) |
Japanese dashi soy sauce ( appropriate amount ) |
Recipe for basil, ripe tomatoes and olive oil bread

1. Prepare the main ingredients! Normally, toast bread is used, but I use whole wheat round toast;

2. Cut the toast into small pieces, apply a layer of olive oil on it with a brush and put it in the preheated oven.Bake at 160 degrees for about 8 minutes.Bake until the surface is brown and take it out for later use!

3. Cut the tomatoes into small dices and remove the seeds;

4. Wash the basil and tear it into pieces.Mix evenly with the tomatoes, and drizzle with olive oil and stock soy sauce.;

5.Finally, add the toasted croutons and stir before eating.Just make it even and keep the crunchy texture of the croutons!

6.Plate and serve!
Tips
The croutons must be put last so that they have a crispy texture!
