How to make red date yogurt bread (no oil and no sugar)

1.Add flour to half of yeast, egg liquid and red date yogurt to form a dough like this.Leave some egg yolk liquid on the eggs.Ferment overnight.

2.As shown in the picture after fermentation.Use chopsticks to pick it out, add some dry flour and roll it into a ball!

3. Knead the dough. It will be sticky at first.Knead well. The dough is no longer sticky! It is also very light, very soft, and easy to shape.I simply divided it into two because I want to make burgers

4. Divide into two.Continue fermentation.Fermentation is very fast, one dough becomes two in size! Haha, I put red dates in it as a filling, because there is no sugar, which can add sweetness and make it more fragrant when paired with red date yogurt

5. Brush the egg yolk liquid on the surface of the fermented bread, be gentle

6. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, place it on non-stick paper, cover it with a layer to prevent burning, and bake for 20 minutes.I baked an egg in the oven at the same time instead of a fried egg, which is healthier without oil! (Beat the eggs directly and bake them in a small cake mold for ten minutes)

7.The crust will be hard when the bread is ready. But don't worry, it will soften after a while! Of course, I brushed the honey on it while it was hot, and the honey absorbed it by itself, making it softer and more delicious.

8. Paired with homemade black bean, peanut soy milk and fruit. The small one is a grilled egg sandwiched in a burger.Complete refreshing breakfast
Tips
It will be fluffy and light when fully fermented. It has no stringy effect, but is soft and naturally sweet.I have also tried adding some pumpkin puree, which is also soft.
Be careful not to overbake. It’s better to eat it while it’s hot
