Ingredients
High-gluten flour ( 220g ) | Milk powder ( 20g ) |
Yeast ( 6g ) | Water ( 50g ) |
Pure milk ( 50g ) | Egg ( one ) |
White sugar ( 30g ) | Salted butter ( 25g ) |
Edible salt ( 3g ) |
How to make milky bread

1.Weigh all the ingredients and prepare them.(I only used water and milk)

2.Pour the high-gluten flour into the large bowl first In a small bowl, add sugar, salt, yeast, milk powder, and eggs and mix well.

3. After the dough is kneaded, add salted butter (since the weather is cold, butter does not melt well , so I put it in the microwave for 30 seconds) and then mixed it with butter and kneaded it evenly.I'm lazy, so I only kneaded it for about ten minutes.

4. It’s not easy to ferment in cold weather.I’m too lazy to make a pot, so I just put it in a tall pot.of.Place a bowl of water on the middle shelf of the oven, set the upper and lower heat to 30 degrees, and select the fermentation function. After about twenty minutes, the dough will double in size.

5. Take the fermented dough out of the basin and mash it (˶‾᷄ ⁻̫ ‾᷅˵), actually just keep kneading in order to squeeze out the air bubbles inside.I kneaded it for about five minutes! (I want to eat but I am too lazy)

6. Then divide it into eight parts by hand. For larger ones, you can add a few points less.Just be happy! Ha ha!

7. Use your hands to roll them into long strips with one end big and one small, and then put them on a cutting board Use a wooden stick to drive thinning (from the small head to the big head). Then roll them up again, from the wide side to the narrow side.Put the end of the roll underneath to make it look nice when baked. As shown below

8. Roll it up, cover it with plastic wrap and put it in the oven, continue with the above method Ferment for half an hour. After fermentation, brush the surface of the bread with egg white.(Egg white liquid can make the bread crust crispier) It will gain weight after fermentation (as shown below), but for convenience and quickness, I baked it all at once, so I put it all in.

9. Heat the oven to 175 degrees, preheat it for five minutes and put in the fermented bread..Since each oven has a different temperature, you should always pay attention to the color of the bread surface to avoid burning it.I baked it for twenty minutes.

10. It was so crowded that it turned into a one-piece doll.To make big friends, it’s best to make 2 to 3 friends at a time. But it doesn’t matter, as long as it tastes delicious and fragrant enough.

11.This is the final baked product. It looks, smells and tastes actually pretty good.

12.I tried one.It was crispy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside. It’s just that the bottom is actually baked darker than the top.I think it will be burnt and bitter after another minute of baking.Fortunately, the fire was turned off in time.In the end my bread was a success! Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa....
Tips
When baking, pay more attention to the heat so as not to burn it.The oven fire can be set to a low point to ensure that it is cooked properly without burning.Take it easy.
