How to make braised noodles with diced pork and beans

1. Wash and dice the front tip meat and set aside.

2. Wash the beans, cut into cubes and set aside.

3. Dice onion, ginger and garlic, set aside.

4. Heat the pan with cold oil, add the diced meat and stir-fry until the meat is tender.When it turns white, add the seasonings except salt and stir-fry evenly.

5.Add onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry.

6.Add in diced beans and stir-fry until diced beans are broken.

7.Put in appropriate amount of boiling water.

8. Boil water for a few minutes and thicken with water starch.Add salt to taste.Sprinkle in appropriate amount of minced garlic and stir evenly.

9. The diced pork and beans are out of the pot!

10.Put the water in another pot, add the noodles, and cook for 3 to 5 minutes.

11.Put the noodles in cold water, add marinade, and a bowl of fragrant meat and diced beans.The braised noodles are ready!
Tips
Beans must be fully cooked before eating.It is recommended to sprinkle some minced garlic before taking the beans out of the pot.Garlic can effectively kill viruses!
