Dark soy sauce ( appropriate amount ) | Salt ( appropriate amount ) |
Chicken essence ( appropriate amount ) | Sugar ( a little ) |
Noodles ( Moderate amount ) |
How to make braised noodles with hot pepper
1. Cut the pork and pepper into thin strips, cut the green onions into chopped green onions, and prepare a bowl of water and starch for later use.

2. Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot and heat it until it is 50% hot, add the chopped green onion and saute until fragrant.

3. Add the shredded pork and stir-fry until it changes color.

4. Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and cooking wine and stir-fry until coloured.

5. Add shredded green pepper and stir-fry.

6.Add appropriate amount of salt, chicken essence and sugar.

7. Pour in water starch.

8.Cook until thick and turn off the heat.

9. Boil water in a pot and add noodles.After they are cooked, drain them into cold water.

10. Pour the marinade into the noodles, mix well and serve.

Tips
