How to make vegetarian fried noodles

1. Prepare all the ingredients, a portion of noodles, sliced gourd, sliced garlic, shredded onions, shredded ginger, cut tomatoes into small pieces, cut coriander into sections, beat eggs and set aside.

2. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the eggs first, take them out and set aside.

Tips
