How to make fried pork rinds with kimchi

1. Clean the pork skin and scrape off the inner fat.

2.Add water, pork skin, ginger slices, and Sichuan peppercorns to the pot and cook.

3. Remove the pig skin and soak it in clean water, then cut into strips.

4. Wash and cut the kimchi and set aside.
