How to cook steamed eggplant

1.Prepare and wash eggplants

2.Put water into a steamer and steam for 15 minutes (the strength of the fire varies from house to house, just steam the eggplant until it is cooked but not too rotten)
3. Steamed eggplant and let cool.

4.Tear into strips

5. Dice the rice pepper, dice the pepper, mince the garlic, mince the coriander
