Tofu: Detoxification
Ingredients
Tofu ( a piece ) | Minced pork ( a small bowl ) |
Lao Ganma ( One spoonful ) | Onions ( two strips ) |
Pixian Doubanjiang ( Two spoons ) | Dried chili pepper (One spoon) |
Garlic ( Two cloves ) | Oil ( appropriate amount ) |
Salt ( appropriate amount ) | Soy sauce (appropriate amount) |
Panthoxylum bungeanum (appropriate amount ) | Water starch ( 20g ) |
How to make Sichuan Mapo Tofu

1.Tofu Cut into cubes and have other ingredients ready.

2. Boil water and add salt, blanch the diced tofu for about two minutes

3. Remove and put into a bowl of cold water to avoid sticking together.

4. Add oil to the hot pan and stir-fry the minced meat until there is no moisture.

5. Add onion, garlic, bean paste, Laoganma, dried chili pepper, and pepper powder.Stir evenly

6. Bring water to a boil and add soy sauce.

7.Add diced tofu and cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes, shaking the pot while cooking to prevent Sticky pan.

8.When the water is almost dry, add the water starch and add salt

9.Put it on a plate, sprinkle with chopped green onion, and a plate of Mapo Tofu is ready
