1. First, beat the warm water, milk powder, sugar, salt, and eggs into a bread bucket (put 2/3 of the egg liquid into the bread barrel (sugar and salt are placed diagonally))

2.Add flour, make a hole in the middle and add yeast powder, start the bread machine and knead the dough 20 Minutes

3.Add butter softened at room temperature

4.Knead the noodles for 20 minutes

5.Take out the dough, beat and knead for 10 minutes.

6.Made a mask

7. Roll the dough into a round shape and place it in a bread barrel to ferment for 2 hours.

8. Ferment until doubled in size.If it does not collapse when pressed with your thumb, it is ready.

9.Take out the dough and knead it to make air bubbles, divide it into 8 equal portions

10.Take a piece of dough and roll it into an oval, and cut a few cuts evenly on one side (about 1 cm wide and 4 cm long)

11.Put the floss on the other side

12.Start rolling up the floss

13. All rolled up, but there are still two that cannot be placed, so I put them on the baking net.

14.Put it in the oven, put a bowl of hot water at the bottom, and ferment for 90 minutes

15. Send to twice the size and take out.Press two red beans on the head of the caterpillar and brush with egg wash.

16. Preheat the oven for 5 minutes. Then put the baking sheet into the middle rack of the oven and bake for 20 minutes at 180℃ up and down (cover with tin foil if it gets colored halfway to avoid burning.)

17. Boom boom boom! Fresh and delicious caterpillar bread is out of the oven.

18.Posing
19. Beautiful!
20.Ouch! One more!
Tips
Do not pour all the egg liquid into the bread bucket at once.Leave 1/3 of the egg liquid to brush the surface of the bread to make it evenly colored.I used a bread machine to knead the dough for 40 minutes, then beat and kneaded it by hand for 10 minutes to get the glove film.Adjust the oven temperature according to the temperament of your own oven.Pay attention to it and cover it with tin foil until it is finished baking. Also, I baked them in two batches, so I could only bake 6 at a time.
