How to make steamed spicy fish

1. Remove the scales from the fish, cut into several strips, add pepper, appropriate amount of salt, appropriate amount of chicken essence, appropriate amount of minced onion and ginger and marinate for 20 minutes

2. Boil the water, put in the fish and steam for six to seven minutes

3.After the fish is taken out of the pan, sprinkle onion, ginger, and chili shreds, and drizzle a few drops of sesame oil
