Tips
I extracted exactly 40 grams of juice from one kiwi fruit, and then added 5 grams of cold boiled water. The resulting mooncake skin was moderately soft and hard. These snowskin mooncakes are for my own children to eat.Although they are troublesome, they do not contain any additives, so it is not recommended to use fruity powder or coloring.
