How to make nut mooncakes

1. Peanuts, walnut kernels, white sesame seeds, black sesame seeds are fried, raisins, winter melon sugar, and tangerine peel are chopped into fine pieces

2.Add all the ingredients into cooked glutinous rice flour, peanut oil, and cold boiled water and stir evenly

3. Divide the filling into 70 grams each, and divide the crust into 30 grams each.I am making 100g mooncakes.

4. Add the ingredients to the pie crust and knead it into a ball, and let it rest for an hour

5. Divide the dough into small pieces and wrap the filling in the dough.

6.Put the wrapped mooncakes into the mooncake mold and spray a layer of water on the surface of the mooncake.Place in oven.

7. Place in the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.Take it out and apply egg wash.

8.Put it in the oven for another 5 minutes.
Tips
The mooncakes must be dried before being put into the oven, otherwise they will easily crack.
