How to make homemade lotus paste filling (suitable for mooncake filling)

1. Soak the lotus seeds in cold water for an hour, soak the white beans in cold water for a while, peel them and put them into the pressure cooker.Then add sugar and blend with a food processor until pureed as shown.

2. 4.I added brown sugar, so the color turned out Red, you can add some brown sugar when stir-frying if you like.
Tips
