Unsalted butter ( 85g ) | Corn oil ( 40g ) |
Milk ( 50g ) | Low-gluten flour ( 200g ) |
Powdered sugar ( 45g ) | Salt ( 4 grams ) |
How to make chive cookies

2. Cut butter into small pieces and soften at room temperature.

3.Wash the green onion and chop the green part.

4. Sieve the low-gluten flour, add salt and stir evenly.

5. After the butter is softened, beat it smoothly with an electric egg beater.

6.Add powdered sugar.

7.Continue to beat the butter until it becomes larger and whiter in color.

8.Add corn oil and milk and beat at low speed evenly.

9. Add chopped green onion and stir evenly.

10.Add low-gluten flour mixed with salt.

11.Use a spatula to stir until there is no dry powder.

12.Put it into a piping bag equipped with a piping nozzle.(Preheat the oven to 180 degrees)

13.Push onto the non-stick baking pan and place Bake in the middle rack of the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.

14. Once baked, take it out and let it cool before eating.
