Ingredients
Whole wheat flour ( 120g ) | Egg ( 1 piece ) |
Seaweed ( 5g ) | Yeast powder ( 3 grams ) |
Baking soda ( 1 gram ) | Milk ( 30g ) |
Vegetable oil ( 20g ) | Salt ( 3g ) |
How to make seaweed soda crackers

1.Tear the seaweed into pieces! Use a food processor to grind into powder

2.Sift in flour, yeast, baking soda and salt and mix well., then add eggs, vegetable oil

3.Put in the seaweed! Pour the milk and stir it into a flocculent form

4.Knead until there is no dry powder! Knead the dough

5.Let it sit for 30 minutes and zoom in a little

It will be crispier if you bake it again after cooling!
