How to make salty seaweed biscuits

1. Soften the butter in warm water, add salt, and beat with a whisk.Add egg liquid in 2-3 batches.I added the egg liquid all at once, so the butter and eggs were not mixed. Then I warmed it with warm water for 10 seconds, took it out and beat it immediately.

2.Sift in low-gluten flour

3. Stir slightly and add chopped seaweed

4.Stir until there is no dry flour.

5.Put the dough into a plastic bag to prevent it from getting oily on the cutting board.Use a knife to shape the dough into a rectangular shape.

6. Place the rectangular dough in the refrigerator until hard.Take it out and cut into slices of about 0.4cm.

7.The slices are neatly arranged on the grill with oil paper.Because my baking pan was used to make bread, I had to use the grill.

8.Preheat the upper and lower tubes of the oven to 180 degrees, and bake the cookie sheets in the oven for 16 minutes.

9.It's baked.
