White sugar ( 40g ) | Low-gluten flour ( 90g ) |

How to make egg cookies

1. Beat the whole eggs and egg yolks in a water-free and oil-free bowl

2.Add one-third of the sugar and two drops of lemon juice

Small Tips
I am more impatient and used the highest temperature, upper and lower levels, for 30 minutes.If lemon juice is not available, white vinegar can be used instead.
